JR Copier was founded in 1989 by a senior copier technician and is headquartered in Blaine, Minnesota, with a California administrative office in Los Angeles. We sell, lease, rent and repair commercial copiers and multifunction printers for businesses, schools, clinics and public agencies across California. We are an authorized dealer for Canon, Xerox, Ricoh, Kyocera, Epson and Sharp, and every machine we place is delivered, installed and maintained by our own factory-certified technicians rather than a subcontractor.

What we do
We help organizations pick the right copier or printer for their monthly volume, paper sizes and workflow, then structure the acquisition the way it suits their budget: a 36, 48 or 60-month lease, an outright purchase, or a short-term rental for projects and events. Every placement includes delivery, network setup and staff training. After delivery, a maintenance agreement covers toner, drums, parts, labor and on-site dispatch so the machine stays running without surprise invoices.
We also service equipment we did not sell. If your current copier is out of contract or your provider is slow to respond, our technicians can take it over, and we credit trade-ins toward new equipment when it is time to replace it.
How we work
- 1Assess. A print engineer reviews your volume, paper sizes, finishing needs and security requirements, on site or over a short call.
- 2Quote. You receive a written comparison of lease, purchase and rental pricing for two or three models that fit, with maintenance costs stated up front.
- 3Install. Our team delivers, connects the machine to your network and cloud services, configures secure print release, and trains your staff.
- 4Support. Toner ships automatically, technicians arrive within four hours in our service zones, and a single phone number reaches a person who can help.
Where we work
Regional warehouses in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and Sacramento hold stock and parts for Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco Bay Area, San Jose, Sacramento, Central Valley and Inland Empire. Delivery and installation are free within those zones; freight is quoted for other California addresses.
